Richard Boyle is charged in the December 26th robbery.
Now, he not only faces criminal charges, but a lawsuit filed by the Huntingdon Valley Bank.
The suit seeks the $38,000 in stolen loot plus nearly 1,100 bucks for lost employee wages and other costs related to the robbery.
Boyle's lawyer says the man has no money and the suit is basically a waste of time.
Officials of the American Bankers Association say they've never heard of a similar case of a bank suing an alleged bandit.
