New Castle County Police arrested Tyrone Anderson, 22, of Belvedere, Delaware, Isaiah Cleveland, 21, and Victor Poindexter, 20, both of Wilmington.
Police say they killed Clifford Henson. Henson's body was found along the 1600 block of Hillside Mill Road in Greenville, Delaware on December 10, 2007.
Anderson faces a first degree murder charge. Cleveland and Poindexter face manslaughter charges. All three of them face weapons charges. All three suspects are behind bars.
Investigators say information from several witness lead them to the arrests.
