A woman in the Cobbs Creek section of Philadellphia suffered two broken legs and neck and back injuries after a car hit her Tuesday morning and hurled her under another car.
It happened about 5:30 Tuesday morning near 60th and Cobbs Creek Parkway. Police say a car struck the 40-year-old woman with such force that it threw her under another car.
The car that hit the woman didn't stop.
The victim's in the hospital in serious condition.
