Delaware State Police tell Action News that a PT Cruiser and Dodge Ram pickup truck collided at Kennett Pike and Campbell Road just before 11 a.m.
Two women believed to be in their 70s, were in the PT Cruiser. One of them died at the scene. The other died at Christiana Hospital a short time later. The pickup driver refused treatment at the scene.
Police expect Kennett Pike to be closed for several hours.
