The lawsuit claims church officials knew Daleo was pedophile but failed to protect Conaty and other children.
Church officials previously have acknowledged two other cases of alleged sexual abuse by Daleo that resulted in confidential settlements.
St. Edmonds current Headmaster Dr. Michael Marinelli said today he believes Daleo was at St. Edmonds last, some in the late 70' s to early 80's.
