Wilmington police say a New Castle man has been arrested in connection with two sexual assaults late Wednesday night and early Thursday morning. In both cases, the victims were found without clothes and suffering from abuse. The first attack happened at 17th and Church streets, and the second happened in the 3000 block of Market Street.

Police say the second victim was able to supply police with the tag number from the man's van.

Thirty-three-year-old Richard Fayson is charged with two counts of rape and two counts of kidnapping.
