A disbarred Wilmington lawyer is facing several charges after police found child pornography on a computer in his home. Forty-seven-year-old Kenneth Fink, a registered sex offender, was under a court order that prohibited him from using computers. But probation officers found several computers during a routine check of his home.

New Castle County police say they examined the computers and found explicit images of girls around the age of 10.

Fink was arrested in April, but police didn't release the information until Friday because of ongoing computer forensics.

Fink was convicted in 2002 on 15 child pornography counts and sentenced to eight years in prison. The following year, he was barred from practicing law.
