Time Restaurant

Time Restaurant is at 1315 Sansom Street in Center City, with three different experiences in three separate rooms.

There is a casually elegant dining room serving what they call updated country club fare. The menu incluides interesting sandwiches, and unusual entrees like grilled wild boar chops.

Tastes are familiar, but with a twist. And you can order dinner until late at night.

The bar is stocked with several dozen exclusive whiskies, including single-malt scotches, small-batch bourbons, and the like. There are 20 beers on tap and even more in bottles. The wine list ranges from French to Californian, and there are many choices by the glass.

Finally, the Bohemian Lounge upstairs has dancing. It's among the first places in town to serve the newly-legalized absinthe, Europe's mysterious beverage you should sip diuluted with ice water.

Time is open nightly for dinner and weekdays for lunch. There will be Saturday and Sunday brunch soon.
