The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department website says Weiland was booked yesterday.
Weiland had pleaded no contest to a drunken-driving charge stemming from an arrest November 21st in Los Angeles.
He was sentenced to eight days in jail and ordered to serve his time by May 28th.
Perhaps Weiland is hoping for time off for good behavior, because Stone Temple Pilots are scheduled to begin a tour in Columbus, Ohio, on Saturday.
