The latest blaze broke out just before midnight on Thursday at the complex on the 100 block of Centre Lane in Evesham Township, Burlington County.
The fire damaged sections of the two-story building that were under renovation.
The flames were so intense that Camden County fire departments were called in to help fight it. There are no reports of injuries.
