The car was found behind a duplex in Morrisville. District Attorney Michelle Henry says the 54-year-old man taken into custody formerly lived at that address, but has lived in Maryland for about two weeks.
Michal Tuminski of North East, Md., was arraigned Monday night before District Judge Michael Burns. Burns says Tuminski will be extradited to Maryland and prosecuted there. Maryland State Police obtained a fugitive warrant charging him with homicide in the death of 45-year-old Slawek Grobowski.
Court documents say Tuminski found Grobowski dead after the two fought at their North East residence, and drove the body to his former home in Bucks County.
