Bricklerville Fire Chief Sid Adams says two fishermen in a boat found the mower in the lake in Elizabeth Township about 6 p.m. Monday, with the man's body pinned beneath it.
Lancaster County Coroner Dr. Stephen Diamantoni pronounced the man dead at the scene.
The man's name wasn't immediately released. Diamantoni says an autopsy is planned Tuesday to determine the cause of death.
