Police in Waco, Texas, say they've busted a guy for calling 911 15 times in a row because he was tired of waiting for a taxi.
According to officers, Kevin Waits was repeatedly told police couldn't help.
After the 15th time, officers report going to an apartment and finding a cab waiting for the man.
But police say the 25-year-old Waits didn't have the $26 dollar fare.
He got a ride for free, though -- in a police car.
He was jailed on charges of harassment and theft of service.
