The Delanco company announced Monday it that it's shutting down after 27 years in business and is seeking bankruptcy protection.
As a result, roughly 1,200 employees abruptly lost their jobs.
Now lawyers for two employees say they are suing and are seeking class-action status to include all affected employees.
Lawyer Jack Raisner says the workers weren't given the 60 days' advance written notice required by federal law.
He filed a lawsuit Wednesday in federal court in Delaware claiming the workers should get 60 days of wages, commissions and bonuses, plus accrued holiday and vacation pay and retirements and health benefits.
