A person riding a bike just before midnight on Wednesday, was struck and killed by a car.
It happened in the eastbound lanes of Route 3 just East of Route 202 in West Goshen, Chester County.
The driver stopped at the scene of the accident. Officers say it looks like the driver never saw the bicyclist riding down the road.
Police closed the stretch of road where the accident happened while they investigated. The victim's name has not been released.
