Twenty-one-year-old Stephanie Lee Brennan was supposed to meet friends for a Kanye West Concert in Camden, New Jersey May 17th. She never arrived.
Brennan was last seen in Atlantic City at 5:30 a.m. and she was supposed take a bus to Camden.
Officials tell Action News that Brennan is being treated at a hospital in Northeast Philadelphia.
Brennan's family has been notified and is on their way to the hospital to see her. Her condition cannot be released due to patient privacy laws.
