District Attorney's Office has issued an arrest warrant for 42-year-old Marvin Sutter of the 300 block of E. Erie Avenue. He is charged with robbery and other related offenses.
Sutter is considered armed and dangerous; anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact Southwest Detective Division at 686-3183/4 or the Philadelphia Police TIP line at 215-686-TIPS (8477).
