Firefighters find child porn, man arrested

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - June 10, 2008 The Allentown Fire Department responded to a report of a fire at 145 N. Main Street yesterday. While knocking down the fire, officials observed some suspicious items.

Police were notified, and after conferring with the District Attorney, a search warrant was obtained for the residence.

The items were determined to be hundreds of images of pornographic material, including child pornography. Two vans of material were removed from the address and today police arrested 86-year-old Frank Wyant.

Wyant is charged with Sexual Abuse of Children and Possessing Child Pornography and is held in lieu of $30,000 bail.
