Kipple and Ferguson are charged with drug possession with intent to deliver, criminal conspiracy to deal drugs, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia.
At their preliminary hearing, District Judge Marvin Shrawder told Ferguson she is allowed nowhere near her daughter, Adyson, even if she comes up with the $75,000 cash bail.
Kipple's mother, Bonnie Kipple, says Ferguson's father, Robert Ferguson, of Millville, was granted temporary custody of the girl.
