'Assisted Living Concepts' ordered to release records
Trenton, N.J. - June 17, 2008 The centers are owned by 'Assisted Living Concepts.' There have been complaints that residents were wrongly evicted when their private money ran out and they converted to Medicaid.
As of yet, it has not been proven residents were kicked out based on their Medicaid status, but the public advocate will now go through the facilities records' to further look into complaints.
