A 19-year-old man with a gun tucked into the belt of his pants, was shot to death late Monday night on a Philadelphia street.
Police say the gun does not appear to have been fired.
The wounded man was found lying in the street shortly after 11:30 Monday night, at Olney and Rising Sun avenues in the Olney section of the city.
Medics took the wounded man to Einstein Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Witnesses saw two men run from Rising Sun Avenue toward Roosevelt Boulevard.
So far, police have not made any arrests. And they have not said if they have suspects in mind.
