The man first exposed himself on June 17th, according to police, but the incident went unreported until the Saturday, when friends of a victim also said they saw the same man exposing himself again.
He was descried as wearing a black mask and being naked from the waist down in the 300 block of Stockley Street. Both incidents happened between 10 p.m. and midnight near a foot bridge that leads from a park to Rehoboth Elementary School.
