A chef dreams of owning a restaurant. This story is about the dream of two chefs.It's an expresso bar.

It's a bistro with take-out.

It's a bar with widescreen TV's galore.

And it's a luxury restaurant.

Or you could just say "Maia," which is the new restaurant complex in Villanova.

The Feury brothers started out as cooks at New York's Waldorf-Astoria, then pursued careers as chefs.

The upstairs dining room offers top-flight dinners with ingredients as local and as organic as possible. Pan-seared scallops from the Jersey Shore are one example.

And there are land-based offerings like roast guinea hen.

The first-floor bistro offers food to eat in or take out.

You can select a pizza, or a sandwich featuring meats made in the in-house butcher shop. Or breakfast, all as fresh as can be.
