The Schuylkill Expressway (I-76) westbound is going to see some traffic backups this afternoon, after a vehicle overturned. The accident happened just after 2 p.m.
The vehicle flipped and is blocking the two lanes to exit from the Schuylkill Expressway to City Avenue. Police and fire activity at the scene is preventing traffic from leaving I-76 at the City Avenue exit.
There's no word how long cleanup will take.
