The flames ripped through three businesses along the 5000 block of West Chester Pike in Newtown Square.
A real estate agency sustained the most damage. But, smoke and water also damaged Skin Health Solutions, a skin care business, along with an orthodontist's office.
The Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshals Office and the Delaware County District Attorney's office ruled the July 8 fire arson, following an investigation. It caused an estimated $3 million in damage.
