Fans of the all over tan are going to court to protect a Southern California nude beach.
The Naturist Action Committee contends the State Department of Parks and Recreation should have gotten public comment before banning bare bodies at a secluded public beach in San Diego County.
Park officials counter they acted after complaints about those who let it all hang out -- when they're hanging out at the beach.
A court hearing on the suit is set for next month.
