Not your typical classroom project

One old Dallas school is going to pot.

Police say they've found nearly 50 suspected pot plants growing in a classroom at the vacant Wilmer-Hutchins High School.

Another 200 flower pots were preped for growing.

A school district spokesman says the indoor marijuana farm was equipped with grow lights and buckets to water the illegal crop.

The Dallas Morning News reports a tip led officers to the school-turned-grow-house.
