He and mountain climbing buddy Mike Haugen are trying to climb the highest peaks in all 50 states in just 50 days.
Today, they plan to climb their 49th, Mount Rainier in Washington state.
The climbing blitz began in Alaska on June 9th.
If all goes well, the pair will the head to Hawaii and scale their 50th peak.
After that, they hope for some downtime on the beach.
But not all their climbing has been to dizzying heights.
They tell The Seattle Times the highest point in Florida is just 345 feet above sea level.
