Thomas Beatty, who is biologically still a woman but underwent a gender change while in his 20s, delivered a healthy baby girl.
Susan Juliette weighed 9 pounds, 5 ounces. We're told Beatty endured 40 long hours of labor. His wife, Nancy was the coach.
Nancy is breastfeeding the baby, who is now 3 and a half weeks old. Nancy's two adult children are on their way to Oregon to meet their new sibling.
