Dover investigators say Rebecca A. Harris, 35, faces 30 counts of rape, 10 counts of unlawful sexual contact, endangering the welfare of a child, and other charges. She's in the Baylor Women's Correctional Institution on $323,000.00 secured bond. The alleged attacks happened over a period of about a year, according to authorities.
Police tell Action News that they also seized some computer equipment as part of their investigation, but detectives are still analyzing the information.
The boys told workers at the Division of Family Services about the sexual contact, which prompted the investigation according to police.
