Underground fire knocks out power in Chinatown

CHINATOWN - July 26, 2008 The fire department responded to the scene and evacuated all of the civilians that were on the street. The Philadelphia Police responded and shutdown 10th Street between Race and Arch.

PECO says that that there are about 300 customers without power.

PECO crews, using cameras attached to rods began inspecting underground, looking into the cause of the incident.
