WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - July 27, 2008
U.S. Attorney Colm Connolly says previously convicted sex
offender Thomas Pendleton is now accused of having sex with the
teen in Germany in November 2005.
The prosecutor says Pendleton was given a two-and-a half-year
prison term by a German court, but was deported back to the United
States after serving a year and a half.
Pendleton faces up to 30 years in the United States.
