The checkpoints also led to the arrest of a person on a 7th DUI offense, the recovery of a stolen vehicle and two stolen weapons, and the arrest of eight wanted people.
19 arrested on DUI charges
DOVER, Del. (AP) - July 28, 2008
The arrests were part of Checkpoint Strikeforce, during which
three sobriety checkpoints were set up July 25 and 26. The Delaware
State police, the New Castle County DUI task force and the Laurel
and Seaford police departments took part.
