Renee Gaud, a former Mays Landing resident who now lives in Canada, and Trisha Hart of Wenonah filed the suit in January 2006.
They claimed the casino humiliated costumed waitresses - known as "Borgata Babes" - by imposing weight limits, encouraging breast augmentation surgery and emphasizing looks over job performance.
The Press of Atlantic City reports tonight that the settlement was finalized July 15th. But neither the plaintiffs' attorney nor the casino would provide more details.
And neither Gaud nor Hart could be reached for comment.
