Other residents will get their checks in the fall.
Because of the budget crunch, fewer checks are getting mailed and the amount of the rebate is less for some.
Households earning $100,000 or less will get the same amount as last year. Those that earn between $100,000 and $150,000 will get one-third less than 2007.
The deadline to apply for homestead rebates is Oct. 31.
