Investigators say a 15-year-old reported that a man had approached her, made seductive comments, and told her about other times he had been watching her outside her home.
Police later identified the suspect as Henry B. Satrape, 47, of Dover.
While they were interviewing him, Satrape gave police consent to search his home.
During their search Monday, Delaware state troopers found roughly 50 marijuana plants, more than 4000 grams of marijuana and more than 100 grams of packaged mushrooms.
Police charged Satrape with stalking, drug trafficking and other charges. He was sent to the Delaware Correctional Center in lieu of $63,000 secure bond.
