Fatal motorcycle crash in Del.

BEAR, Del. - August 10, 2008 Angel L. Cosme Jr., 37, was wearing a helmet when his motorcycle collided with a Ford F150 driven by George Soult Jr., 44. However, Cosme was ejected from the motorcycle and died at the scene.

Police say Soult was attempting to make a left turn into a private drive when he failed to see Cosme.

Alcohol is not considered a factor in the crash, nor is weather.

This investigation is ongoing and charges are pending.

The roadway was closed for approximately three hours while the State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit investigated.
