Hearing today in DHS starvation death

The nine people charged in the starvation death of a Philadelphia teenager are due in court for a status hearing today. 14-year-old Danieal Kelly died back in 2006 while under the protection of the city's human services agency.

Danieal's mother is charged with murder. Her father is charged with child endangerment.

Three other family members have been charged with lying during the investigation.

Two DHS workers and two private contractors are also facing charges.
