Killer strikes at N.J. hotel

MT. LAUREL, N.J. - August 17, 2008

Someone shot two brothers, who police say are from Camden City, New Jersey, outside a hotel killing one of them Saturday night. The gunshots were fired at about 10:30 p.m. at the Marriott Hotel on Fellowship Road in Mount Laurel.

Guests at the hotel tell Action News they heard four gunshots and then a woman screaming near the hotel's front parking lot.

The victims were taken to JFK Cherry Hill Hospital and Cooper Hospital. One of them died. The other suffered a gunshot wound to the arm.

Police say the killer ran from the scene. Officers are now combing for clues and leads in this double shooting.
