That's the gist of a ruling from a Pennsylvania judge, who has tossed out a lewdness charge against Penn State student Elizabeth Burke.
She was one of seven busted at the annual spring streak.
Her lawyer argued the unofficial campus ritual is a "harmless episode of youthful exuberance."
The judge agreed and said there was no evidence that those who might have seen the naked dash were "affronted or alarmed."
Prosecutors say they may appeal and try to get the streaker back in court.
