"Pitch In For Baseball"

Pitch In For Baseball helps kids worldwide play organized baseball. From here to the South Pacific, they send equipment, as needed. Everything from caps and shirts to bats and gloves.

Major League Baseball and equipment manufacturers donate generously, but no-longer-needed equipment from individuals remains the backbone of the program.

Young people are welcome to hold equipment drives in their communities. The U.S. Postal Service supports the cause with a display timed to the release of its Take Me Out to the Ballgame commemorative stamp.

Cash is always needed to pay the cost of packing and shipping goods worldwide. Volunteers are also needed to sort and pack gear in the organization's Montgomery County warehouse.
