Revenge shooting leaves one dead

August 29, 2008 8:54:51 AM PDT
Police catch two suspects.

A man wounded in a shooting a few weeks ago, is suspected of getting his revenge - with murder.

The Action Cam was at this early morning shooting scene, along the 29-hundred block of Gerritt Street in Grays Ferry.

A 24-year-old man was gunned down there.

Police say the killer and another person drove off, ditched their car at 26th and Federal Streets, about six blocks away, and made a run for it.

Both were arrested and are now in custody.

Police say one of those suspects was shot a few weeks earlier, and see this killing as a retaliatory act.
