Motorcyclist identified in Rt. 476 crash

A motorcycle driver was thrown from his bike in a crash off Route 476 this morning. It happened on the ramp at 476 northbound to Route 23 in Conshohocken.

Police have identified the driver as 27-year-old Raymond Javier Morales of Aston, Pennsylvania.

According to investigators, Morales was driving at a high rate of speed down the exit ramp from 476 onto Route 23 when he lost control, and failed to negotiate the turn on the ramp.

Morales was pronoucned dead at the scene.

There's no word on whether he was wearing a helmet.
