The crash happened back on August 24th.
Police say Yves, of Olney, hit and dragged 5-year-old Terrell Elliot and his mother, Dana Reynolds, down the street near the intersection of Windrim and Lindley just before 2:00 a.m.
A few hours later, police found the cab a few blocks away at 6th and Lindley, but the driver was nowhere to be found.
Aristilde then turned himself into police.
