The county's election year scholarship contest allows students 18 and under to guess who will win the November 4 general election in 23 national, state and local races.
The student will the most correct guesses gets a $300 scholarship, and five runners-up get $200 scholarships.
The program began in 2000 with money from the county council and the law firm of Griffin & Hackett.
