New Castle County Police say they've arrested 20-year-old Jessica Burleson, of Breezewood, in connection with a carjacking and robbery on September 2nd. Police say Burleson along with 31-year-old Siakye Lee carjacked a man in the unit block of Stardust Drive in the community of Melody Meadows.

The victim told police he had stopped to talk to an acquiantance when he was attacked. He told police a man pulled him from the vehicle, threatened to shoot him, and punched him in the face.

The victim tells investigators he was able to run off, and as he was leaving he saw his car being driven off, and it was being followed by a white Ford Taurus, driven by that female acquaintance.

Police say that female has been identified as Burleson. Investigators say she was caught on surveillance camera using a stolen credit card. That picture was released to the public, and she was identified by a tipster.

Burleson has been charged with carjacking, robbery, and possession of a firearm. She was sent to the Women's Correctional Institute after failing to post bail.

Siayke Lee remains on the loose. Police consider him to be armed and dangerous.
