Musetti sentenced for school threats

NORRISTOWN, Pa. - September 22, 2008 20-year-old Thomas Musetti was convicted back in June of sending terroristic threats to Upper Merion High. Prosecutors say Musetti, who graduated from the school in 2006, forwarded instant messages that threatened students and teachers.

Today he was ordered to time served... he previously spent two months in jail.

He'll also undergo further mental health evaluation.
