Woman rescued after 30 ft. fall

Rescuers were called out around 6:15 p.m. Monday for a report of a woman who fell down a 30 foot embankment. It happened at 560 Bridgetown Pike.

Rescue crews arrived to the scene carried out a high angle rescue.

They were able to carry her down the rail road tracks to an area where she could be transported.

No word on the extent of the injury.
