Arrest in Rittenhouse stolen Forklift case

CENTER CITY - September 23, 2008 The would-be thief drove the forklift through the gate of a construction site around 12:45 this morning at 18th and Sansom Streets in Center City Philadelphia.

The forklift was recovered nearby at 18th and Walnut Streets.

Police have charged Jay Snoke, 40, of Waverly, with stealing the forklift.
