The crash occurred at 1:25 a.m. Sunday in the parking lot of McDonald's on North Du Pont Highway.
Police say Lloyd Henry of Dover who was a passenger in one of the cars, became combative and pushed, kicked and punched officers. Police say officers shocked Henry with a Taser to gain control of the situation.
Henry is charged with with second-degree assault, offensive touching of a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and menacing.
